As the only waterfront development of its kind in Southeast Florida,

and the final stage of the Town of Jupiter’s 2.5-mile, $510,000,000 community enhancing endeavor, Harbourside Place will offer an exclusive “destination effect” to its guests.

With a construction completion date of early 2014, the development will offer six main components: restaurant, retail, hotel, cultural, office and marina. Its ground floor retail and restaurant space will be positioned to attract a high-end crowd and consist of white tablecloth restaurants, casual restaurants, cafes, home furnishings, art galleries, boutiques, spas, fashion retailers and cultural settings.

The Four Star hotel Wyndham Grand Jupiter Beach will cater to leisure and business travlers while the office space will appeal to small local firms and satellite offices for larger companies, many of which are likely to consist of brokerage and financial services firms. The amphitheater and surrounding development will host a minimum of 24 events per year, including small concerts, festivals and cultural exhibits.
