NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Harbourside Place, Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, Wyndham Grand Jupiter, The Woods, Summit Ventures, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on FEBRUARY 25th 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on MARCH 11th 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit harboursideplace.com/spring-training-sweepstakes/ and complete the official entry form, including your name and valid email address.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about MARCH 11th, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The winner will be notified via email within five 5 business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond within the stated time may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:

Two (2) Spring Training tickets to Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium on March 21st

One (1) night stay at Wyndham Grand Jupiter (restrictions may apply)

Dinner for two (2) at The Woods ($200 value)

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not expressly included in the prize description.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

8. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Harbourside Place, Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, Wyndham Grand Jupiter, The Woods, Summit Ventures, and their respective affiliates, members, officers, managers, agents and employees from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.
