Learn a 10-minute meditation you can do any time, any where when you feel stressed (led by Scott Feinberg, Kula Yoga Shala). Find healing through movement with a 45-minute vinyasa yoga class (led by Jill Romano, Thrive Power Yoga Palm Beach). Hear from Brittany Barnes, Director of Program Impact at Mental Health America of Palm Beach County, who will talk about the misconceptions of mental health illnesses and how to recognize when someone you know needs help. Cost: $25.
Meet outside BurgerFi at 6:30 p.m. to check in. Then we’ll take the elevator to the rooftop. Please bring your own yoga mat, but we’ll have a few extra mats available (first come, first serve).
