Harbourside Place has received political and financial support from local, state and federal municipalities.

The Northern Riverwalk Community Development District (CDD) has granted the project full approval and has been approved to provide $22 million in funding. The Jupiter Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) has agreed to provide $5.25 Million in Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) over the next 15 years. This is the first time in the history of the Town of Jupiter that the government has contributed funds to a private development project. In addition to the government contributions on the local level, the project has received a grant from the State Agency Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) in the amount of $1.685 Million to assist in the construction of the Riverwalk and Marina.
